The Peninsula Fun Will Happen Soon

The Virginia Peninsula can start having fun again starting Friday. Gov. Ralph Northam said in his bi-weekly news conference that Phase 2 of the reopening will begin on Friday for most of Virginia.  Restaurants can have indoor seating at 50 percent capacity.
