By Susan Smigielski Acker Leave a Comment

Presented by Hampton Arts, just in time for the mid-term elections, it starts with DC’s Reflecting Fools. DC’s Reflecting Fools is a musical comedy group that brings comedy to American culture and politics. Impressions, quick costume changes and laughter fill the evening. The show is Oct. 15.

Hampton Roads Philharmonic is set for Oct. 16. Music Director and Conductor Steven Brindle directs the group of military members, music teachers, students, senior citizens and others that compose the orchestra.

Vegas Nights with Frankie Moreno will showcase this talented entertainer. Moreno was named four times as Las Vegas’ Headliner of the Year. Set for Oct. 22.

The Riddick Dance Company – Afro Funk delivers a powerful performance of contemporary dance from resident choreographer Marshall Swiney and Artistic Director David Riddick. The show is Oct 28.

The month closes with The Rocky Horror Picture Show in Oct. 31. The audience is encouraged to dress as their favorite character. The show will feature a shadow cast by Fishnet Inc.
